Last week was one of those weeks that reminds me why I love what I do—full of inspiring events, meaningful connections, and the delivery of one of my most popular sales training workshops.
Celebrating Women in Hospitality
My week kicked off with attending the very first Women in Hospitality N.I event, launched at Belfast Metropolitan College. It was fantastic to be part of such a landmark event and to reconnect with so many familiar faces I had not seen in a long time.
One of the highlights was meeting up again with the guest speaker Paula McIntyre MBE, Celebratory Chef and Author. Her insights, passion, and authenticity really set the tone for an inspiring day, surrounded by incredible women working across the hospitality sector.

Delivering “How to Build a Sales Pipeline”
The following day, it was back to the training room as I delivered my “How to Build a Sales Pipeline” workshop at Lisburn Enterprise Centre. This session was delivered to a group of new and growing businesses, all keen to learn practical, actionable ways to generate consistent sales opportunities.
As always, it was great to see the engagement in the room—lots of questions, discussion, and lightbulb moments as we worked through strategies to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.

Women in Business NI Chairs Lunch Conference at Titanic Belfast
The week wrapped up with the annual Women in Business NI Chair Lunch Event held in the iconic Titanic Building in Belfast. With over 400 corporate guests in attendance, the atmosphere was buzzing.
It was a brilliant opportunity to meet up with so many business owners, strengthen existing relationships, and make new connections. I also had a great chat with Áine Kelly, Business Development Executive at Titanic Belfast, who is part of the fantastic sales team there.
The event was a powerful reminder of the strength of the business community here and the importance of connection, collaboration, and continuous learning.

A Week to Be Grateful For
All in all, it was a busy but incredibly rewarding week—filled with learning, teaching, networking, and celebrating the achievements of others. Huge thanks to everyone who organised the events, attended the workshops, and took the time to connect.
